"I found Rin's by searching for a particular designer dress and Rin's was the only one who had it. The first time I visited Rin's I felt at ease and their staff was very helpful. I was only there an hour and it wasn't enough time to try on the different styles of dresses. So I knew I wanted to return. The store is small and can get a little hot but that didn't bother me. I ended up going to a few other stores to try on dresses and found THE dress which was the Casablanca by Enzoani. I remembered Rin's mailing me a card letting me know they were having a sale so I called Rin's to see if they had the dress I wanted and they did AND I could use the discount. Score! Throughout my whole wedding process the staff at Rin's were great. I had to get a lot altered since Rin recommended I get a bigger dress (which in the long run I probably should have got a smaller size but no biggie). The alterations were a bit pricey (around $500) but in the end, the dress fit me like a glove and I was very pleased. I even purchased the chandelier earrings I wore there too. At my final fitting I still had to take the dress in a little and the staff were accommodating allowing me to try on the dress one final time before I took it home. Overall I chose Rin's because I knew I would get the attention I needed and I wanted to give my business to them versus a big store. The only negative thing was they don't do fittings on the weekend so my mother wasn't able to participate in this process since she lives an hour away."
