What a delecious cake!! They have very modern and simple designs, work wonders with fondont. They worked with me to incorporate ideas I liked from different cakes. The reason we went with them is the taste of the cakes! Amazing!! We choose the Princess Torte, a Tahitian Vanilla sponge cake, that has a thin layer of raspberry perserves and white chocolate moouse, and a sheet cake of chocolate moouse! Both are amazing! They are very friendly to work with, and reasonably priced. The cake was delivered on time, and displayed beautifually. My only complaint, I gave them a swatch to make the suger flowers too, a very vibrant hot pink, and the flowers on the cake were a pale pink, but that was the only problem, and frankly day of the wedding, if thats my only problem Im going pretty dang good!!
