"Lorrie's Shuttle at (415) 334-9000 or Super Shuttle at (415) 558-8500 each cost about $16/person. You'll likely share a big van with strangers. Call in advance, or just wait in line outside baggage claim and jump on a shuttle that has extra room. The folks at Luxor or DeSoto Cab at (415) 282-4141 or even Green Cab at (415) 626-4733 tend to be nicer than those at Yellow Cab. A taxi ride to either hotel from the airport runs near $45. The Hyatt recommends Grand Limousine, which we haven't used: $55/person, (650) 588-8333"
