"Excellent service. Wedding catering mgr Joanne Zhong and Crystal Kelly Day of Wedding coordinator was very helpful. Reception ballroom was gorgeous with beautiful and elegant chandiliers. Food was also delicious"

"We chose Pacific Palms for the beautiful grounds and all the greenery and it did not disappoint! We were on a tight budget, but were willing to splurge on the location because it was so nice, we knew we would not need to provide much in terms of decoration. The Wedding gazebo was the perfect backdrop for our ceremony and the Colonial ballroom was beautiful with its modern lighting and floor to ceiling windows (where we were able to see the smoke from the station wildfire in the background!) the staff were professional and we couldn't be more pleased. our only complaint is that guests wanted to take home leftovers and weren't allowed to (there was ALOT of leftover food....think 10 course Chinese banquet)"
