The cake was delicious, however we encountered very poor customer service after describing the simple yet classic design we were looking for... we were even told they would not want to associate their name with something "plain and boring"! It was pretty discouraging, and to top it off, while although it looked pretty, they went against our wishes and added real flowers to the cake on the day of the wedding while we were preparing for the ceremony.
