"Our wedding reception was beautiful and went off without a hitch. The staff at the Renaissance really did a great job getting everything together for the reception. They went out of their way to get chair covers, which looked great and were greatly appreciated. The room was set up exactly as we had discussed and we were even able to have the cocktail hour in the foyer. The food was very good, and our guests had a great time. The catering staff was very nice and good to work with. Although there were some errors made in the event paperwork, they were quick to remedy the situation in a positive way. My only major complaint is with the front desk staff. We had reserved rooms for two of our guests with our credit card and told the hotel that we would cover the rooms, but our guests were charged anyway. It took several phone calls to straighten out, though the issue was ultimately resolved. Overall, we are glad we chose the Renaissance and would definitely recommend it."
