"Columbia Street, New Westminster. Second-hand wedding dresses. Pay half for deposit when you pick, they will dry clean it, and you pay the other half when you pick it up. They offered to steam the wrinkles out the week before the wedding for free (although it was too far for me to take that offer). I found the cutest corset-style one that I didn't have to get altered at all!"
