Staff was inexperienced and young. This hotel is not attractive, and had a weird smell in the lobby. It's fine, but there are better options (Hilton) near the square and many better options off the square.

The people we worked with there were not responsive, and took a long time getting back to us with questions. We were organizing from out of town, which made this very frustrating. They changed our contacts a few times within a month. In the end, it was a gorgeous space with a great view. The food was mediocre. We had to provide our own centerpieces, which didn't end up being a problem. I would recommend going with someone else unless you must have the capitol view.
