We really like Belmont Recreation Centers setup and price. However, they are booked up until a year out on a Sat. Is there any place comparable in the richmond area?

There are other nice county recreation centers. We've done events at Belmont, Deep Run (Henrico) and Smoketree (Chesterfield), and I believe they could fit your needs. Other places to consider are The Bankuet Place, Crittenden Studio and Main Street Station, to name a few. Hope this helps!

In terms of value, I would think you'd have to stay within the county parks & rec systems as the previous poster mentioned. Walkerton Tavern is an option in Glen Allen I believe (not sure what their policy is on alcohol).
