We hired them to provide bus service for our 150+ guests on the night of the rehearsal dinner and wedding. I can't describe how many issues we had. The drivers were from San Antonio, didn't have the right directions, and didn't have GPS. Needless to say most of the buses got lost, on each leg of the trip, both nights. One got into an accident in the hotel parking lot. One bus was 30 minutes late to the wedding (an astute guest realized the situation and stopped us before I walked down the aisle - imagine if the wedding had already started before 50 of the guests arrived at the church.) One bus didn't drop guests off at the hotel after the wedding until 2am. It was THE nightmare of the wedding weekend. Luckily our guests bonded through adversity. We are far from satisfied with the way the company has responded to our complaints. Don't use them.
