I started looking at reviews after the similar experience with a planner at Lakeway. I wish I had insisted we change planners when I complained a month ago. Yes, she needs to be doing anything but planning. Same scenario, long times to answer emails and not answering all questions.

I actually work for Lakeway Resort and Spa. Everyday I go to work and hope to give all of our clients the experience I would want to have... the wedding I would want... the meeting... the weekend with someone special. That is why I love the hospitality industry. It allows you to take part in helping others create GREAT memories.

I just wanted to let you know that the Executive Team has reviewed the comments and concerns posted. It is nice that there is a forum like this so that we can learn and become aware of opportunities.
