Snyder, http://www.mixcharleston.com, Granville's (who we are using), and several caterer's have a bar service that serves on a per person basis. Alot of venues require whom ever is serving the alcohol to have insurance - so you might want to check into that.
If you are having a smaller wedding at say your house or something - or you have a venue that allows you to bring in your own alcohol, you can always buy the liquor and hire a bartender through foodstaff, snyder or anyother hospiltality temp agency.
If you are going to buy yourself, I believe the ABC Liquor store on the corner of Ashley Phos & Dorch. have the best prices for weddings.
