busy bride needs planner

I wanted to reach out and get some suggestions for finding a wedding planner in my area. I am finding that with four months left until my wedding, I am too busy with other things in my life to plan the wedding that I want. I have a 25,000 dollar budget to stick to, so I was looking for a planner that would help eleviate the stress without breaking my budget. Anyone work with an amazing planner that's not too expensive?
