We had our wedding at the Renaissance, so I'm not sure if we got a different rate because of that. But you're probably going to have to call the hotels and ask what their rates are. They may vary because of a particular weekend. For makeup, I used Carmella Palladino. She owns About Face. Her number is (914) 736-7772. She was AMAZING!!! All my bridesmaids used her too... made everyone look gorgeous! She came to us in the hotel. Good luck and congratulations!!

As for hotel choices you have to consider the guests and the venue. will you need shuttle service? How far from the venue do you have to go? Does the hotel have availability for picture taking if the weather is bad? Does the hotel have an after wedding bar to entertain your guests? White plains has some great clubs/rest to visit if its within walking distance. The Renaissance is great and easy to get to. visit www.christophersstudio.com to see some pictures of local weddings.
