Reception Site in Plymouth that allows outside caterers?

Anyone know of a Plymouth area reception site that allows outside caterers? I am trying to stick to a tight budget and have a family member that owns a catering company. This could really help me out but most places don't allow outside caterers!

Plymouth Manor doesn't allow you to bring your own food, but they do allow you to bring your own liquor, which saves a lot. It worked out to be about $4 per person versus the $17-20 most halls were charging for liquor.
