Chair Rentals For The Ceremony

I am currently planning my wedding ceremony at the Shadowland Pavillion and am having a hard time finding reasonably priced rental chairs. I would prefer white chairs, although am open to brown or black. Thanks!

I had a hard time with this too. And, I had 300 ppl in attendance at my wedding so the chair rentals add up fast. Have you looked at the Bandshell in top of the bluff vs the Shadowland Pavillion? The bend seating there is free! The venue is also gorgeous, has included landscaping so you don't have to decorate much, and can save you a lot of money. I was also married in July and it was a beautiful ceremony. I would be happy to share pics if you are interested. Good luck and congrats! -Amber

We used Taylor Rental in Benton Harbor. The chairs were white with padding I attached a picture of the exact chair. We rented only 30 chairs for our ceremony and had delivery, set up and take down. Price was reasonable for us because we only had a small group. Not sure what quantity you are looking for but hope this helps!! Good luck and congrats!!

We got married in May 2012 over Memorial Day weekend at Shadowland Pavilion so the price was outrageous for delivery, set-up, take down and rental at every place that we looked. We ended up including "bring your own chairs" on the invite and it turned out fantastic! And everyone loved the idea. We had the trolley to transport people from the hotel to the pavilion so they didn't have to carry their chairs so much, which also was a good idea. But the pictures turned out great and I saved a TON of money. Let me know if you would like a picture. Hope this helps!
