Baltimore Wedding In August
If you visit Ft. McHenry, which is not very far from the Inner Harbor, be sure to go to the visitor's center and watch the movie. It's very educational. Birthplace of the National Anthem “O say can you see, by the dawn’s early light,” a large red, white and blue banner? “Whose broad stripes and bright stars . . . were so gallantly streaming!” over the star-shaped Fort McHenry during the Battle of Baltimore, September 13-14, 1814. The valiant defense of the fort by 1,000 dedicated Americans inspired Francis Scott Key to write “The Star-Spangled Banner.”
Baltimore Wedding In July
Relaxing park to enjoy wonderful views of the harbor. Birthplace of the National Anthem.
Kelley and Robert's Wedding
From the Inner Harbor, take Light Street south for one mile and make a left onto Fort Avenue.
Amanda and Ross' Wedding
Visit the birthplace of the National anthem. The valiant defense of the fort by 1,000 dedicated Americans during the Battle of Baltimore, September 13-14, 1814, inspired Francis Scott Key to write “The Star-Spangled Banner.” It's also a good spot for a pre-wedding jog, with terrific views of the harbor and the city.
