Salisbury, MA, USA < change city >

My fiance is keen on us holding our wedding at Hampton Beach, where I've only visited once. We don't want to have a huge wedding, something simple and tasteful that won't cost us an arm and a leg. I have in mind a garden setting overlooking (not across a road!) the Atlantic ocean where we can have the ceremony and maybe a cocktail reception one afternoon in June. We have a small budget as I am a foreigner and only a handful of my friends and relatives will be travelling here to the U.S for the occasion. We're looking at probably under 75 people for the occasion, which is why we want to keep it simple. The location will be the most important part of the ceremony and I'd really like it to be spectacular, which is why I've agreed to Hampton Beach (or even somewhere close to it) as I love the ocean. Can anyone suggest a venue that won't be too costly but spectacular there??
