"Chef Roland is exceptional! He was professional, well priced and provided amazing food and service. His staff was attentive without being in the way. Two weeks later and people are still talking about the food. 14 different passed hot appetizers, a three course meal, gellato bar and desert table. He really outdid himself! I'd hire him 100 times over and will recommend him to anyone who will take the time to listen to me sing his praises!"
