We had our trip arranged through a travel agency and they completed all the paperwork neeed for us. all she needed from us was a copy of our birth certificate, Social security card copy and drivers liscense. our official had us sign the marriage license during the ceremony. not sure if that helps but we didnt really have to do much as Travel Leaders did it all for us:)

your wedding planner or minister can arrange to get the license for you as you cannot get married without it so the earlier you send the documentation the more cost effective it will be for you.
