Im working on my wedding menu and am wondering if anyone can share their experience. We initially wanted a sit-down menu, but after seeing the rationed portions for cocktail hour and menu options (only allowed one menu for all), we are considering a buffet. Or, as has been recommended, a sit down 1st course, and stations of food buffet style.
We are looking at Capilla del Mar caterers or Hotel Santa Teresa (depending on venue). Has anyone used either? what do you think? Coming from US, we are used to ample food choices and portions, just not sure our guests will have enough food. Don't want them to leave hungry.
