trying to plan a wedding fast. Please help!!

I live in the Whitby area. My mother is not well so I am trying to plan a wedding for Aug 31 for under 25 guests. We would like the ceremony to be held on site with a small reception after including a sit down dinner. Have no finacial help, doing it on my own so needs to be inexspensive. Any idea's??
