Is anyone getting married here and gotten far enough along to know the real costs of everything it takes to have a wedding here? Its about the only place that is number one on my list, but the more i look into it, the more i think it is going to jump out of range quickly with all of the added vendors.
Here is what I got from the wedding coordinator when I emailed them.
Our rental fee is $8500 and includes security staffing and janitorial before/after. It does not include catering nor rental equipment (chairs/tables/linens/etc.), but most likely your caterer can include rental equipment in their package for you. We do require a caterer from our preferred list and a contracted valet arrangement. Access to the venue generally is available starting at noon on weekends and weekdays when school is not in session. On Fridays and Saturdays, events must end at 10:30 p.m. to allow enough time for vendor cleanup, as vendors must be out by midnight due to a neighborhood noise ordinance. On Sundays through Thursdays, events must end at 9:30 p.m. so that vendors can be out by 11:00 p.m.
