Prior to the event, they already helped me out with several details, gave me advice and suggestions when I asked for it, answered my questions, checked up on me whether I was on track with the schedule or whether I might be overlooking some things. When I met with them to discuss things and iron out the details, they were ready with checklists for me to make sure that I didn't miss a thing. They were patient with me when I didn't finish some things they already told me to do way in advance (because I'm a pathologic and perpetual crammer, hehe).
