I was asked to respond to your question. My name is David Cleveland-www.weddingcapecod.org
I know that down here on Cape Cod there is the Race point Light house (link and information on the above web site under 'Lighthouses'. Many weddings are held here (I know because of the 22 couples that asked me to marry them there, over the past 4 months). They do allow people to stay overnight in the light Keepers house for a fee. If you look around on my site you will also see pictures of Race point and Herring Cove Beach locations. This past Summer I performed 238 weddings in many places (mostly beach areas) in The Provincetown Truro areas. The Highland Light in Truro is another great location (I got to know this location better, after 41 weddings held over the Spring and summer of 2009). It's also on the LightHouse Link.
Thank You for allowing me to be of help.

My daughter is getting married in Cohasset this summer, and we are using the Lighthouse Keeper's house for the ceremony. We have had the same concerns that you express. We have approximately 150 guests, and they will only allow 90 chairs in the room. Many of our guest will have to stand. If you hear of another option, I'd also be interested in learning about it.
I got married in July at Atlantica in Cohasset and we had 160 guests. It is surrounded by water and it was an amazing venue. Our guests are still talking about it. The food was incredible and the staff was beyond helpful with all of our needs and requests.
Where was your ceremony? It's good to hear such good things about Atlantica. We've been very impressed so far.
Our ceremony was at St. Anthony's also in Cohasset. We had a bunch of venues we were planning on seeing after we saw Atlantica, and we didn't even bother because we knew it was perfect.
