How can I plan a ceremony in beacon hill? I am from Alberta. Where do i start to make all the necessary arrangements? I want a simple ceremony in the garden with a minister, a wedding song played, and about twenty chairs with possibly a tent in case of rain? Please recommend a minister, photographer and flower boutique. I should mention we are on a budget. Thank you to everyone who can help.

You would have to contact the city of victoria has it's city property I imagine. I'm not sure if they would do a tent reception there as it's public grounds - I haven't run into anything like that. Best place to start would be City Parks of Victoria.

Hi there. I would agree for the venue you'll have to talk to the City of Victoria.

For flowers I would suggest ordering them through COSTCO and have your pickup at the Langford store (which is 20min from Victoria). That's what we did and it saved us a ton of money on flowers.

Our photographer wasn't that great but my friend used: http://jonmarkphoto.com/ and he was amazing!

Good luck!
